How often do you recommend clients to do private yoga?
That’s up to you! While I usually teach clients once or twice a week, I also work with people on an as-needed basis.
What if I’ve never done yoga—can I still have a session with you?
Absolutely! I love teaching people at all levels of yoga. Regardless of whether you’ve done yoga for many years, or have no experience, I welcome the opportunity to work with you to enhance your practice.
What is your teaching style?
My approach to yoga is one of fun and accessibility. We often will talk throughout the class, and music is usually played. I’m very detail oriented, giving you lots of adjustments along the way; Whether that’s hands- on adjustments in person, or verbal adjustments in a virtual session. It’s important to me that you to get a challenging workout, while moving through any energy blocks you may be carrying; leaving class feeling energized and refreshed for the remainder of your day.
How far along in my pregnancy can I take prenatal yoga?
You can safely practice yoga throughout your pregnancy as long as it feels right for you. Each class varies based on how far along you are, and how you’re feeling. Always consult your doctor to make sure she/he gives you the go-ahead to do physical activity.
