A semi-private class is a wonderful way to reap many of the benefits of a private session at a lower cost per-person. Each class is tailored to the specific group, and still affords time for substantial one on one attention. Plus, it’s a great way to practice with friends, your partner, your co-workers or your family.
In order to give each person the hands-on attention they deserve, I cap the semi-private class at 4 to allow for enough one-on-one adjustments.
To get the most out of a semi-private class, I recommend everyone have a similar yoga level and background. However, mixed-level classes are also available.
