Yoga came to me at a time when my life was running ahead of me. Through yoga, I learned to listen to my breath, and move my body—to sweat and release. In doing so, the chaos cleared, and I found I had more clarity and focus throughout my day—something I’m reminded of each time I practice.

Sometimes it’s still hard for me to quiet my brain, or get past a challenging day. Sometimes I don’t know how I’ll take the time away to practice. But I’ve learned the only way for me to stay centered, is to take that time and make room for myself. Yoga is my way of making room.
