Before our first session, I offer a complimentary consultation to get to know each other. We will talk about what you’re looking to get out of each session or package, your overall fitness goals, specific parts of your body you wish to focus on, and past or present injuries that you may have. From the start I will develop a personalized session plan to maximize our time together. Each session is crafted just for you.
It’s yoga for you, alone. Unlike a group class, your time with me is tailored to whatever you want to work on. Some days you want to sweat it out, other days center and restore. That’s the beauty of one-on-one: You get to decide.
